= When will my order arrive?

It depends on the shipping company you choose and the delivery person. We offer a range of shipping options in several major cities, and delivery usually takes between two days and a week from order confirmation.

= Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, our contracted shipping companies deliver within the country and to a select number of cities. All cities served by the shipping company's representative are listed on the delivery page.

You can request international delivery from our store team via WhatsApp to obtain product weight information and pricing from international shipping agents not currently listed with the store.

= What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?

Please refer to our return policy to learn about the return and exchange conditions. If a manufacturing defect is found and a return is agreed upon, the shipping cost to the shipping company and the return shipping cost will be charged to the customer. The product price will not be charged to the customer, according to our return policy.

= I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?

The store offers delivery for large quantities upon request, and there is a discount of 10-20% on some products. You can contact us directly through the Contact Us page to inquire about quantities and discounts.
